HOW LONG DO ITEMS TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Every item manufactured is made custom and fully customised on order.  Please allow 6 business days from order for dispatch and 2 days for shipping UK, more worldwide.

We try our best to produce items quicker but allow 10 days (UK) to be safe.

The cut off point each day is 2pm, orders placed after will go into the following days production schedule.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?

  • Wash your garments inside out
  • Wash no hotter than 40°C
  • DO NOT tumble dry
  • Do NOT iron on print directly

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN THE GARMENTS?

On certain products we de-label. Please make sure you have read the product page to establish that you have no allergic reactions to the garment makeup.

CAN I ORDER AND PAY VIA TELEPHONE OR SOCIAL MEDIA?

Yes, please call 0800 321 3204 or contact us via Facebook or Instagram. Items will need to be fully paid for before production takes place.

WHICH COLOURS MATCH MANUFACTURERS BEST?

Although not directly matching or exact colours we recommend the following:

KTM – Orange or Fluorescent Orange

Honda – Flame Red

Suzuki – Lemon or Fluorescent Yellow

Yamaha – Sky Blue

Husqvarna – Fluorescent Yellow

Ducati – Flame Red

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (UK Time). We will however try to reply via social media as quickly as possible.

CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

Possibly, please check the header of the website for any latest offers.

WHERE DOES THE MOTOLOKO LOGO APPEAR ON CUSTOMISED ITEMS?

Hoodies, tops and jackets – label, right wrist and bottom right of second number on the back.

Tracksuit bottoms, shorts and t-shirts – please check individual designs.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS / GET A REFUND?

Customised items cannot be returned or refunded as they can not be resold.

Items that are not customised can be returned (at buyer’s cost) within 7 days and must be in perfectly resalable condition. Once inspected by us a refund will be issued.

WHAT SIZE ARE THE ITEMS?

Each item has its own size chart and sizes in inches on selection options, please make sure the item will fit before order. The sizes are in inches and refer to chest size on tops and waist size on bottoms.

CAN I WEAR YOUR ITEMS ON THE TRACK?

The clothing we sell is apparel and NOT safety gear. Some customers do choose to wear items on tracks but we can not take any responsibility for their safety. Our products are high quality but will not last as long if worn for anything other than fashion purposes.

CAN I SEE MY DESIGNS BEFORE PRODUCTION?

Unfortunately we can not show you your designs before production due to work load and productions times. Please make sure you type your name and number correctly on order.

ARE ITEMS PRINTED OR EMBROIDERED?

Customised items are vinyl printed. Some of the MotoLoko core range is embroidered – please check descriptions before ordering.

CAN I ORDER BESPOKE COLOURS THAT ARE NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE?

This can be arranged at a surcharge of £12.50 per item. This covers bespoke artwork creation and extra time to print. Please allow and extra 2 days for production.  To arrange bespoke designs contact us.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND ON DESIGN AND COLOURS ONCE ORDERED?

Our system automatically sends your order to our factory to decrease production time.

This makes it very hard to make changes – if you have made a mistake (please check before purchase) then call us within 2 hours of purchase and we will endeavour to help but unfortunately will not be able to if items are in production.

CAN I ADD LOGOS TO THE DESIGNS?

We can do this if you have rights and permission to use the logo. We do not have permission to use brand and manufacturer logos so with those we are unable to accommodate.

Extra logos are £3 to £5 per print and must be send to us as editable vector (EPS, AI or PDF) files.  Please contact us with any questions or to arrange.

CAN YOU SPONSOR ME?

We are asked this many times every day.  We would love to sponsor everyone but unfortunately it isn’t financially sustainable to do so.  However, please contact us with your race results, number of followers on social media and your plans for how we can work together and we will get back to you ASAP.

CAN I COLLECT MY ITEMS?

Items are produced in our commercial factory and unfortunately can not be collected. We may arrange product drops or stands at tracks around the country throughout the year – these will be promoted via social media.

DO YOU ONLY SUPPORT ENGLISH CHARACTERS AND NUMBERS?

At the moment we only support English language characters (A-Z), this may change in the future.

HOW CAN I BE FEATURED ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA?

Please send us photos via Facebook and Instagram. We try to feature as many customers as possible.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL – WHERE IS IT?

If your email provider is Hotmail or Yahoo, we can sometimes have issues with our emails being received. Please check spam and junk folders then contact us.

ARE COLOURS EXACTLY LIKE ON THE SCREEN?

Differences in screen calibration mean that the colours shown on the website may differ to the real thing, please check the example gallery and contact us with any concerns.

HOW MANY LETTERS CAN I HAVE FOR MY PRINTED NAME AND NUMBER?

You can have a maximum of 13 characters (including spaces) for the printed name, and a maximum of 4 numbers.

ARE ITEMS UNISEX?

Please check under each website section: Men’s, Women’s and Kids & Infants. Some items are unisex and others are manufactured to fit genders specifically.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PREMIUM HOODIE AND HEAVYWEIGHT PRO HOODIE?

Both hoodies are great quality but the premium hoodie is lighter weight at 280gsm. The heavy weight pro is a thicker material at 330gsm, it’s double stitched and has thumb holes on the cuffs, thicker pull cords and a built in mobile phone pocket within the kangaroo pouch.

Premium is suitable to wear all seasons.

The Heavyweight Pro may be a bit warm during a summers day but is suitable otherwise.

If it was a bit chilly we’d go for the Premium if it was a UK’s winter day we’d go for the Pro.
