To get you the quickest answers, we’ve provided some of our most frequently asked questions below. If your question is not listed, please get in touch using the contact form below.

The vast majority of our items are custom-made on order and have an associated lead time to produce and dispatch.

Standard Dispatch Times

  • Stocked non-customised items – 3-6 working days
  • Vinyl customised products & stickers  – 6-12 working days
  • Custom-made kits, hoodies, bodywarmers, jackets & masks – 15-25 working days
  • Embroidered items including joggers & shorts – 15-20 working days

Orders are sent when all items are ready. So, if stickers, vinyl customised clothing or accessories are ordered with a custom-made kit, hoodie, bodywarmer, jacket or mask, the order will dispatch in full once the custom-made items have been produced and received by us.

Once Dispatched

If you chose a tracked shipping method, you will receive your tracking link in your Order Dispatched email, or separately from the couriers themselves using the contact info provided at the time of ordering.

Delivery estimates are from dispatch. Our Standard Dispatch Times apply beforehand.

Our tracked shipping methods are:

  • UKRoyal Mail Tracked48 (2-3 days delivery aim), DPD Next Day (next working day aim)
  • Rest of WorldDPD Classic (2-5 days delivery aim)/Air Classic (3-7 days delivery aim)/Air Express (2-5 days delivery aim)

Our untracked shipping methods are:

  • UK – Royal Mail 1st Class (2 working days aim)
  • Rest of World – Royal Mail International Standard (7-14 days delivery aim)

If you chose an untracked shipping method, we are unable to provide any detailed tracking information.

During busy periods, the delivery aims set by Royal Mail can be exceeded if a backlog occurs at any stage in the shipping process. Parcels are not considered lost until 10 working days have passed after the latest expected arrival date in the UK, or 25 working days for Rest of World.

We accept changes to customised orders within 12 hours, so if you think you have made a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible using the contact form under “My question is not answered/contact us“.

After this time, the product will already be in manufacturing so changes are not able to be made.

Every product available in different sizes has a size guide on the product page. This can be accessed by clicking “Size Guide” below the add to basket button.

Some products do not have a size guide. These include accessories and other “one-size fits most” garments like headwear. Please get in touch under “My question is not listed” below if you have any concerns.

Our 2021 Support Programmes are live and taking applicants worldwide. Please visit the following link for further information and to apply.

We are located in Nottingham, UK. We ship worldwide including frequently to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Our business hours are 9am-5pm (UK Time).

Most order ship from our UK factory. Do not return items without contacting us beforehand.

If you have chosen a custom-made, customised or clearance item, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If you would like to exchange Kit Pants, Kit Gloves or other generic products,these must be in unworn condition and returned to us at the buyer’s expense. Please get in touch below under “My question is not listed/contact us” to arrange an exchange.

  • Wash your garments inside out
  • Wash no hotter than 40°C
  • DO NOT tumble dry
  • Do NOT iron on print directly
  • For drinkware, this must be hand washed only, do not dishwash.
